By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a profile via WP Frontend (WP User Frontend), or participating in our programs and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the MLA website.


1. Use of the Website

3. Profile Submission via WP Frontend (WP User Frontend)

MLA allows members to submit and manage their profiles using WP Frontend.
By submitting a profile, you agree to the following:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information.
False or misleading submissions may result in removal.

3.2 Public Display

Profiles submitted may appear in public directories on the MLA website.
By submitting, you consent to public display of the information you provide.

3.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit; however, by uploading it, you grant MLA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Publish
  • Promote
  • Store

your profile on our website.

3.4 Review and Moderation

MLA administrators may review, edit, approve, or reject submissions for authenticity, accuracy, or appropriateness.

3.5 Removal of Content

MLA may remove or disable access to any profile or content that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is deemed inappropriate
  • Contains copyrighted, offensive, or harmful material
